Role Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing a unified and consistent brand experience in the region, across all channels. This role acts as the hub, working collaboratively with sales agencies, partners, and ambassadors, while building relationships to elevate the brand at relevant distribution points.

What You Will Do

Own and execute community calendar, consumer experience activations, community programming, and strategic partnerships for the category. Build brand affinity and community engagement within culturally relevant clubs, organizations, and events through unique and elevated moments that align with Salomon’s brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years practical experience in the sneaker/fashion industry or adjacent
  • B.S. or B.A. In Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Planning, organizing and preparation
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong self-awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and accountability in a remote position
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Budget management
  • Passionate about sneaker culture
