Role Overview
Accountable for end-to-end online sales performance of Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces. Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel plans, including pricing, promotional mechanics, bundles, and inventory alignment to deliver revenue and margin targets.
What You Will Do
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major launches and double-digit campaigns, ensuring strong commercial readiness, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization. Monitor key KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, CAC, margin) and drive continuous optimization of pricing, media mix, onsite merchandising, and promotional structure.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in eCommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
- Experience collaborating across regional and global teams, with strong stakeholder management skills to secure alignment and investment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and traffic performance and using insights to optimize results.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
