Role Overview
The Director of Business Development & Marketing will lead the firm’s business development and marketing function, delivering strategic vision and integrated business planning while supporting attorneys and practice groups in advancing growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will partner with attorneys, Group Leaders, and the Board of Directors to design and execute strategic business development initiatives, lead the development and execution of the firmwide business development strategy, and advise and empower attorneys and practice teams to identify, pursue, and convert high-value business opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and business development outcomes
- Strong relationship development and management skills
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced organizational, time management, and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to execute detailed initiatives while partnering with leadership on strategy
- Prior team leadership experience, including oversight, coaching, and talent development
- Strategic and creative thinking with strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience working with senior leadership in a professional services environment
