Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to ensure that our cross-functional marketing and communication initiatives are executed in a structured, aligned, and reliable way across products and teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, acting as the operational backbone that connects product-focused work with cross-functional initiatives.
What You Will Do
Own cross-product delivery of key marketing initiatives, lead high-impact initiatives, drive structured execution, enforce alignment across teams, identify patterns and inefficiencies, and build scalable processes and systems.

- Ability to identify risks early and proactively resolve or escalate them
- Comfortable working in complex environments and bringing structure to ambiguity
- Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and create transparency
