Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Ground Support Nordics to develop and implement sales strategy, analyze market trends, and establish strong business relationships with customers.

What You Will Do

Oversee sales strategy, analyze market trends, identify strategic clients, and explore new markets for Ground Support Division, with a focus on optimal profitability.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the mining industry
  • Deep understanding of ground support products and market conditions
  • Technical expertise to communicate with non-technical colleagues
  • Proven experience in customer strategy development and relationship management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent skills in Swedish and English, with knowledge of Finnish or Russian advantageous
