Senior Partner Manager (f/m/d) ISVs – Sovereign Cloud Germany

Role Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager for Independent Software Vendors (ISV), you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with independent software providers who build or integrate their solutions on the Delos Cloud. You will care for the partners throughout the entire process from selection, onboarding, enablement to joint go-to-market.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include Partner Relationship Management, Business Development, Strategic pipeline management and partner ecosystem steering, Networking of sales teams, Promoting cooperation, Identification of business potential, Cloud enablement, Partner recruitment, Partner enablement, Performance monitoring, Events, and Partner contracts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software or hardware industry
• 7+ years of experience in managing partners or in sales-related roles
• Relevant knowledge in the field of cloud solutions, preferably with a focus on Microsoft (Azure, M365, etc.)
• Outstanding networking skills with stakeholders in specific solution areas as well as a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
• Passion for cross-organizational cooperation as well as the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders to promote and further develop partner relationships
• Familiarity with the requirements of the public sector as well as regulated industries
• Strong understanding of economic, competitive, and regulatory decision-making factors
• Strategic thinking, innovation enthusiasm, and high result orientation
• Sovereign appearance on C-level as well as ability to convincingly argue
• Outstanding communication skills in German and English – written and spoken
• Active security clearance or willingness to undergo such a procedure
