Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Savage X Fenty

Role Overview

The Sales Lead will report directly to the Store Manager and play an essential role in supporting day-to-day store operations and team development. As a Part Time Sales Lead, you will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold the values and culture of our organization as we establish our retail fleet presence across the country.

What You Will Do

Upkeep an inclusive store culture, fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities, achieve KPI targets, and actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in customer-facing role with a focus on lingerie and intimates a plus high volume retail environment
• Flexible and reliable schedule
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks
