Inside Sales

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and recommend products. You will work with customers and vendors, set up advertising displays, and maintain a professional store environment.

What You Will Do

You will build relationships with customers, inform them of promotions, and complete cash transactions accurately. You will also maintain inventory management, communicate with customers and vendors, and demonstrate company culture values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
