Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide recommendations on products. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for building relationships with customers, setting up displays, and maintaining a professional store environment.

You will assist customers with their beauty needs, recommend products, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
