Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused B2B Sales Operations Assistant Manager to support and optimize our national account sales operations. The ideal candidate brings strong retail operational knowledge, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional processes in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You Will Do
Support strategic retail accounts, oversee purchase order tracking, allocation, and fulfillment coordination, monitor sell-in, sell-through, and inventory health across accounts, and coordinate new item setup, SKU onboarding, and retailer compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Korean Bilingual
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales operations, wholesale, or retail management
- Strong Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables required)
- ERP experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
