Role Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end sales commission process, delivering analytics and insights on incentive compensation plans across the Sales organization. This role ensures accurate, timely commission payments and provides insights to improve incentive compensation effectiveness and sales performance.
What You Will Do
Ensure accuracy of commission payments, analyze compensation trends, maintain and enhance commission systems, respond to sales inquiries, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills

- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
