Role Overview
Join Schindler as a Sales Account Manager – Service to build and manage favorable client relationships, secure and renew service agreements, and drive lead generation. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as the ability to empathize and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include customer account management, communication, collaboration, sales & opportunity identification, negotiation & strategy, and documentation & compliance. You will build and manage client relationships, handle customer inquiries, and ensure satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience
- Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record
- Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler’s values
- Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment preferred
- Demonstrated Ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions preferred
