Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive visibility and lead generation in B2B. The role involves designing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across various ad platforms.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include planning, managing, and optimizing B2B-paid-media campaigns, developing cross-channel media strategies, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in B2B marketing or agency environment
- Secure handling of paid ads channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic advertising
- Analytical understanding, high numerical affinity, and the ability to translate performance data into concrete business goals
- Strategic thinking, self-responsibility, and high quality standards for your work
- Very good German and English skills
