Role Overview
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will set up and manage recruiting and performance Meta & Google Ads campaigns for our customers, build and control outbound and email campaigns, and work closely with account managers to maximize performance.
What You Will Do
You will independently set up campaigns, write strong outbound copies, keep track of ongoing campaigns, and propose proactive adjustments. You will also use AI tools meaningfully in your daily work to deliver faster and better.

Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong in copywriting and understanding of how good email text generates attention and moves people to respond
- Good visual eye and analytical thinking
- Pragmatic, thinking approach
- Ability to work independently, structured, and take responsibility for results
