Marketing Automation Specialist

Remote Full TimeUnited States (Remote)Scribe

Role Overview

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Scribe, you will own the HubSpot instance end-to-end, building workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, list management, and data hygiene. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and reliable lead flow from form submission through HubSpot into Salesforce.

What You Will Do

You will audit the current state of HubSpot, document what’s broken or missing, and build the backlog that drives your first 90 days of work. You will also partner with the demand gen manager on campaign execution, the BDR team on sequencing and enrichment plays, and PMM on coordinated campaign launches.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will thrive in this role if you have experience owning HubSpot end-to-end at a B2B SaaS company, have caught and fixed a data quality problem before, and have worked without a dedicated RevOps function. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous build environments and have experience building or iterating on AI-assisted prompt workflows.
