Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the Director of Sales Operations and broader commercial organization in executing sales processes effectively and at scale. This role contributes to forecasting, sales systems, reporting, and operational workflows by maintaining data, building reports, and supporting core planning processes.

What You Will Do

Executing recurring sales reporting and dashboard updates, maintaining CRM data integrity, reporting structures, and pipeline tracking, and assisting with territory planning, account data management, and sales process support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, finance, or related role (internships included)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
  • Experience working with data and generating insights
  • Exposure to B2B systems such as Elastic
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
