Role Overview
Join SEAKR Engineering as a Requirements & Capabilities Account Executive to grow the company’s business at named accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering, sales, negotiations, finance, and growth, with a proven track record of success in the space/aerospace community.
What You Will Do
Grow SEAKR’s pipeline and convert it into bookings, map and document customer organizational structures, initiate and build customer relationships, and support capture and bid & proposal activities.

Requirements
- Established history of success in the space/aerospace community
- 12 years of business development and/or related space/aerospace industry experience
- Proven track record of success
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Undergraduate/graduate technical degree preferred
