Role Overview
The Territory Account Manager is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for growing and strengthening Sealing Devices’ market presence within an assigned territory. You’ll own your territory end-to-end—developing strategic account plans, uncovering new business opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner to OEMs, engineers, buyers, and key decision-makers.
What You Will Do
Own and grow revenue within your assigned territory. Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales and margin goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Technical Discipline, or a related field
- 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within industrial, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technical markets
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and margin targets
- Experience developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
