Lead Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Lead product marketing manager to join our Marketing team, responsible for bringing greater clarity, consistency, and commercial impact to how Seccl’s platform is understood, positioned, and adopted. The role involves working closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to understand customer value, friction, and growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

Building product understanding, creating usable materials, improving adoption, and turning insight into clear, actionable outputs. Supporting product launches, feature adoption, and customer-facing communications, and partnering with teams to build trust and create useful feedback loops.

Requirements

• Strong product marketing, proposition, or go-to-market experience in a B2B technology, fintech, SaaS, or similarly complex environment
• Curiosity about technical detail and ability to turn complex platform into clear, useful messaging
• Commercial acumen and understanding of how messaging and enablement support pipeline, conversion, and customer growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on feet
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across product, sales, growth, marketing, and customer-facing teams

Benefits

• Salary between £80,000 and £90,000
