Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

Role Overview

As Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to execute and evolve our martech and analytics strategy. You will serve as the day-to-day owner of key marketing systems and their integrations, ensuring every program is correctly instrumented for measurement. You will build scalable workflows, documentation, and enablement so global and regional teams can execute high-quality, account-aware programs with confidence in the data.

What You Will Do

You will co-own and execute the marketing ops roadmap, from lifecycle enforcement and scoring refinements to the rollout of canonical Power BI dashboards for DG and ABX. You will support global and regional teams with campaign build and QA, aligned to the Global Go-To-Market Calendar, ensuring every tactic is properly tagged for reporting. You will provide recurring and ad-hoc analysis on funnel health, campaign performance, ABX cohort outcomes, and partner/industry motions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing operations, RevOps, demand gen operations, ABM/ABX operations, or marketing analytics
• Direct ownership of lifecycle, scoring, routing, and reporting
• Experience in a Salesforce-centric GTM environment
• Close collaboration with Sales, BDR, and RevOps
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, ABX/intent platforms, middleware platforms, and BI/reporting tools
