Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator II works under general supervision to complete routine and standard projects and assignments within the Sales Operations family. The role requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Coordinator II will analyze customer problems, diagnose and resolve issues, and communicate with customers to schedule service/maintenance/sales calls. They will also plan and route technicians to service calls, update the Sales Dispatch Board, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment
  • Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
