Role Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator II supports the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems and communicating with customers. The role involves planning and routing technicians and sales consultants, and representing the company professionally.
What You Will Do
You will communicate with customers, plan and route technicians and sales consultants, and ensure the capacity planner is maintained. You will also assign sales leads and represent the company professionally.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in customer service or other customer-facing environment
- Experience dispatching
- Experience using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in both a team and an independent environment
- Knowledge of local geographical areas
