Role Overview

Join our Business Development team as a motivated salesperson to focus on prospecting, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented, outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated personality.

What You Will Do

Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions, proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of business development experience
  • Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
  • Proven strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line
  • Attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis
