Role Overview
Join our APAC SMB division as an Account Manager, focusing on commercial growth of existing clients globally. You’ll own a portfolio of customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Manage a portfolio of existing customers, run consultative upsell cycles, manage pricing discussions, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements
- 2+ years in an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar consultative sales role
- Experience working with existing customers, managing renewals, upsells or expansions
- Background in SaaS, Fintech, Payments, ERP or Accounting-related technology
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing pricing and negotiations
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and modern sales productivity tools
