Role Overview
Join the Enterprise Sales Team in the Business Unit Supplements at Packiro, a company making the packaging industry digital and sustainable. As a Customer Success Manager, you will support key accounts and major customers in packaging their products simply, flexibly, and sustainably.
What You Will Do
You will support the Enterprise Sales Team in administrative tasks, ensure smooth customer order processing, manage artwork, and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in back office management or from the sales/agency field in a similar position
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good to very good English language skills
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
