Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through outbound efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and demonstrating the value of our SaaS platform.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound sales efforts, conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, establish and maintain business relationships, work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, and maintain a well-organized pipeline of prospects and clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of proven experience in SaaS outbound sales in North America market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Proficiency in CRM, prospecting software
- Familiarity with different outbound sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in the US time zone – 6 pm to 3 am IST
