Role Overview

We are hiring a GTM Systems & Strategy Principal to join our team immediately! This is a builder’s role for someone who sees the entire revenue engine and knows exactly which levers to pull. As GTM Systems & Strategy Principal, you’ll architect the full pre-sale revenue lifecycle, from the first signal of intent through closed-won handoff, and have the authority, tools, and cross-functional reach to make it work at scale.

What You Will Do

Design and continuously sharpen the end-to-end prospecting framework, including workflow design, sourcing strategy, qualification standards, and governance. Define handoff protocols that keep Marketing, RSLs, and AEs moving in sync. Build governance and data standards that make your funnel trustworthy.

Requirements

  • 6+ Years Experience designing prospecting workflows and pipeline governance frameworks in a managed IT service, network, or cloud infrastructure company
  • Experience evaluating and adopting AI tools in a commercial context, with the ability to drive change across a non-technical audience
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations systems, data flows, and process design across the lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-documented architectural solutions
  • Clear, candid communicator who builds trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders, influences without authority, and provides constructive guidance
