Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can build, optimize, and scale campaigns across digital channels while aligning closely with Simeio’s services, products, and brand voice.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across target segments. Own campaign execution end-to-end, including email marketing, paid media (Google and LinkedIn Ads), SEO/SEM, webinars, and social media.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing within the technology industry
- Experience in cybersecurity or related domains as a plus
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (marketing automation, email, landing pages, workflows)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment platforms
- Proven ability to build and optimize landing pages, web forms, and conversion funnels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Experience managing B2B social media content calendars aligned to business goals
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
