Role Overview
Drive sales growth within the non-residential sector across London, focusing on commercial projects. Develop relationships with M&E contractors, developers, and consultants to identify opportunities from specification through to completion.
What You Will Do
Develop and grow commercial project sales, generate new business opportunities, promote sanitaryware and washroom solutions, build relationships with contractors and consultants, and deliver against sales and margin targets.

Requirements
- Proven sales or account management experience within Plumbing & Heating, Sanitaryware, Merchanting or Building Services
- Strong knowledge of commercial sanitaryware and washroom products
- Experience working within non-residential construction projects
- Proactive, self-motivated and commercially driven
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
