Role Overview
Join Optus Enterprise in a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving new business growth across large-scale enterprise and acquisition accounts. As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will proactively identify, target, and win new opportunities, building and executing account strategies to secure complex, high-value deals across Digital Core, Mobile, Fixed, Voice, and ICT solutions.
What You Will Do
Win and execute strategic account plans to drive new business acquisition and achieve sales targets (TCV and mobile growth), build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, lead complex, high-value sales pursuits end-to-end, and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.

Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading and closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value contracts
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Advanced communication, presentation and negotiation skills
