We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer portfolio, ensure customers have a positive experience, and drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Manage a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
- Support with legal matters (no legal consultation required)
- Identify and solve problems
- Proactive support and accompaniment of our customers
- Consultation on suitable solutions and services
- Close cooperation with our Legal- and Backoffice-Team
- Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
- Autonomous responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in dealing with customers (support, sales or customer success)
- Ability to remain sovereign even in difficult situations
- Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
