We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer portfolio, ensure customers have a positive experience, and drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Manage a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
  • Support with legal matters (no legal consultation required)
  • Identify and solve problems
  • Proactive support and accompaniment of our customers
  • Consultation on suitable solutions and services
  • Close cooperation with our Legal- and Backoffice-Team
  • Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
  • Autonomous responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in dealing with customers (support, sales or customer success)
  • Ability to remain sovereign even in difficult situations
  • Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
