Role Overview
The Marketing Manager, Offline Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all non-digital (offline) marketing initiatives across our entire business portfolio. This role requires strategic leadership, strong team management, and detailed execution across events, BTL activities, and physical production for the brand.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning and execution of events, BTL campaigns, and physical advertising that strengthen brand awareness and directly support sales performance. Manage and optimize the offline marketing budget to ensure every campaign delivers measurable value and a strong return on investment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on marketing experience
- At least 2 years managing a team and driving creative, high-impact offline campaigns
- Proven experience in the automotive industry in Egypt
- Strong command of Offline Marketing channels
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD) principles
- Sharp project management and budgeting skills
- Full professional fluency in English and Arabic
