Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships at both the clinic and regional levels, ensuring doctor satisfaction, and driving growth for Smile Doctors’ internal marketing agency. The role involves guiding teams through onboarding processes, identifying opportunities to bring teams into the fold of services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and goals are met.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics, foster trust and long-term partnerships, and guide teams through onboarding processes. They will also identify opportunities to bring teams into the fold of services, collaborate with internal teams, and address issues promptly.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have seven (7+) years of experience working in marketing, digital marketing fluency, and/or agency experience. They will be skilled in completing assignments accurately, organization and time management, and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Seven (7+) years of experience working in marketing
- Digital marketing fluency and/or agency experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat
