Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects. They will build and maintain relationships with key customers, stay updated on market developments, and inform sales strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of John Crane’s products and services, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and increasing JC market share with key end users & OEM customers within specified regions. They will develop and implement technical sales strategies to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships. The role also involves managing service contracts, providing technical and service support to customers, and managing Field Service Engineers.
