Role Overview
This role is responsible for building and managing business partnerships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The Director will be the face of Fortune Brands Innovations to our largest partners, helping businesses transform their relationships with us, our customers, and users.
What You Will Do
The Director will oversee the formation of business partnerships, negotiate contracts, and contribute to the planning and execution of strategy to increase customers and sales. They will also interface with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to aid in the success of the business.

Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Director in Corporate or Business Development at an e-commerce company
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and closing strategic partnerships with Fortune 1,000 companies
- A proven track record of seamless integration with an entire organization (e.g., products, engineering team, marketing) to facilitate the successful execution of the strategic partnership
- Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
