Role Overview

As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer, you will work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions using Snap-on products. You will build relationships, present solutions, and maintain customer databases. This role requires 3-5 years of outside sales experience and a proven track record of sales growth.

What You Will Do

Work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions, build and enhance relationships, present solutions on the shop floor or in the field, develop and maintain customer databases, and review customer activities with team leaders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience

  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver license with an impeccable driving record
