Role Overview
We’re looking for a marketing professional to lead our marketing team and drive revenue growth beyond $10 million ARR. You’ll be responsible for building out revenue marketing and demand generation, marketing attribution, and GEO strategy.
What You Will Do
You’ll manage the website, SEA, LinkedIn Ads, and content strategy, coordinate industry conferences and trade shows, and report to senior management with clear metrics and analysis.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the marketing department of a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with marketing attribution and tools like Dreamdata
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered search and content strategy
- Excellent German and English skills
- Hands-on mentality
