Role Overview

The Marketing Automation Manager helps drive adoption of marketing automation through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and industry-leading engagement strategies. This role focuses on both campus and online marketing automation workflows.

What You Will Do

Promote adoption within the university-wide marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Support the refinement and monitoring of marketing automation KPI’s to drive business impact through a performance marketing mindset.

Requirements

  • 3 years of marketing automation experience and managing marketing technology solutions
  • 2 years of CRM experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience understanding and anticipating dependencies across complex systems.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas and processes to business stakeholders.
