Role Overview
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce brands. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, growth strategy, creative performance, and commercial decision-making.
What You Will Do
You’ll act as the strategic owner of account performance, helping brands scale efficiently through data-driven decision-making, high-performing creative, and effective media investment. You’ll diagnose performance challenges quickly, uncover opportunities others miss, and confidently present solutions that clients trust and act upon.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or Google
- Deep understanding of growth levers including offer strategy, conversion optimisation, creative performance, and budget deployment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
- Proven ability to diagnose account challenges using data and recommend strategic solutions confidently
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven messaging
- Experience collaborating closely with Media Buyers, Creatives, and wider delivery teams
- High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, and e-commerce analytics tools
- Strong AI fluency and comfort integrating AI into day-to-day workflows
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
