Role Overview

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce brands. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, growth strategy, creative performance, and commercial decision-making.

What You Will Do

You’ll act as the strategic owner of account performance, helping brands scale efficiently through data-driven decision-making, high-performing creative, and effective media investment. You’ll diagnose performance challenges quickly, uncover opportunities others miss, and confidently present solutions that clients trust and act upon.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or Google
  • Deep understanding of growth levers including offer strategy, conversion optimisation, creative performance, and budget deployment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
  • Proven ability to diagnose account challenges using data and recommend strategic solutions confidently
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven messaging
  • Experience collaborating closely with Media Buyers, Creatives, and wider delivery teams
  • High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, and e-commerce analytics tools
  • Strong AI fluency and comfort integrating AI into day-to-day workflows
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
