Marketing Manager

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Marketing Manager to help propel its brand, story, and growth. The role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, overseeing external partners and vendors, and building scalable systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, content, digital, or communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
• Working knowledge of SEO
• Experience managing organic social accounts across at least two platforms
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, operations, clinical, and leadership stakeholders
• Experience managing contractors, agencies, or direct reports
