Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Diversey, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting them into Food and Beverage customers. You will also be responsible for managing the sales funnel, CRM reporting, and responding to customer proposal requests.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales funnel, CRM reporting, responding to customer proposal requests, educating customers on new product developments, and tracking account business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field, preferably from Engineering/ Chemistry
- Strong sales knowledge, experience closing new and existing customer sales opportunities, and managing technical customer service
- Technical knowledge in the relevant sector is preferred
- Experience using sales admin and CRM tools and technology is required
- Driving Experience is a must
- Proficient in English, verbal and written
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Teamwork, good interpersonal skills, energetic
- Computer literacy focusing in Microsoft Office program
