Role Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role in scaling revenue growth at Solink. You will act as a Business Partner to one or more of Solink’s Senior Sales Leaders, analyzing their team’s data, providing insights and recommendations, and helping to make informed, strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
Establish and refine customer lifecycle management processes, identify bottlenecks in current sales and operational workflows, analyze forecasting data, present data in reports and dashboards, and recommend process improvements.

You have 3+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, proven expertise in CRM management, and high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably Salesforce)
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Advanced user of Google Apps Script
- Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management
