Role Overview
As an Inside Fastener Sales Representative, you will work with outside sales representatives and customers to source product, generate quotes and orders, and provide excellent customer service. You will use the internet and supplier websites to source non-stock items and follow up on open orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Assist outside sales reps with quotes and orders, source new suppliers and products, review open orders for supply chain issues, and provide solutions and product recommendations to customers.

Requirements
- Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, CRM / Database systems
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Superior time-management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years B2B Sales experience with related products preferred but not required
