Role Overview
Establishes or improves relationships with customers to better understand sales territory, schedules, and customer needs by phone and customer visits. Interviews customers to determine the appropriate product desired and records information onto the computer for product delivery.
What You Will Do
Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products, solicit sales of new or additional products, and practice good interpersonal relations. Liaison between the customer and Codale departments, including credit purchasing, warehouse, outside sales, and management.
