Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Lead who can break creator growth into its parts, find the one term that’s holding the rest back, and move it. You’ll own the creator side of our marketplace end to end, from first touch to signup, first booking, and repeat bookings.
What You Will Do
You’ll take our creator funnel apart, run growth experiments, kill the losers fast, and scale the winners. You’ll also oversee performance marketing for creator acquisition, work closely with product, and turn what works into playbooks.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
