Role Overview
The Sales Coach ensures the dealership meets its goals surrounding sales performance, guest experience, and teammate training and morale. The ideal candidate brings energy and can sustain it each day, serving as a mentor, spark plug, and passionate individual.
What You Will Do
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts, meet with salespeople daily, conduct sales meetings, provide on-the-job training, and review commission sheets and productivity reports.
