Role Overview
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Paraná region, based in Curitiba, with a strategic approach and focus on commercial results, people management, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Manage 13 to 15 clinics, ensure commercial performance, plan marketing actions, manage P&L, and lead training and development initiatives.

Strong orientation towards results, indicators, and processes, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and knowledge of P&L management and sales funnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, marketing, or related areas
- Experience with sales KPIs
- Experience with team and commercial unit management (retail, clinics, or services)
- More than 5 years of professional experience in Sales Management
