Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join the Global Marketing FP&A team at PlayStation. Based in London, this role supports financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for our worldwide marketing organisation.

What You Will Do

Support the month-end close process, prepare management reports, variance analyses, and commentary on marketing spend versus budget. Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for global marketing cost centres.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn
