Role Overview

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. This role involves developing expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions, and building relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions.

What You Will Do

Conduct inside sales activities including follow-up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing. Build relationships with customers, collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams, and support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account-related issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry, a valid driver’s license, and a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Strong communication skills, detail-orientedness, and problem-solving skills are also required.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication skills—Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
