Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Executive to strengthen our customer’s sales team. The role is goal-oriented and dynamic, with a focus on acquiring new customers through prospecting, territory management, and occasional on-site visits.
What You Will Do
Manage a goal-oriented sales process, win new customers through email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and other strategies, process qualified leads/opportunities, maintain relationships with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B field, with experience in commission-based sales roles, and a deep understanding of pipeline speed and sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of proven experience in sales
- Proven ability to manage a defined sales territory
- Experience in managing multiple customer accounts
- Ability to coordinate sales activities with internal teams
- Fluent language skills in German, Polish, and English
